Our Staffing Programs engage over 150 pre-selected staffing agencies to provide nursing, allied health and physician coverage to our participating hospitals and healthcare facilities. HSC’s temporary staffing registries provide the most competitive rates available, faster fill rates, pre-credentialing services and a user-friendly, web-based application designed to meet the challenges associated with recruitment in today’s healthcare environment.
We also offer alternatives for permanent staffing. Temp-to-perm opportunities are available through our nursing, allied health and locum tenens registries. Additionally, we offer retained-search permanent physician staffing.
